PERSONALISED FOR YOU

The FLIPFIT Personal Training Programme is professionally put together and built around you and your requirements and needs. It is created using the over 30 years of health and fitness experience from high performance sport, education, the fitness industry & military training.

It also means you will have a dedicated FLIPFIT fitness professional working with you throughout the session to give feedback, advice, & motivation.

CONSULTATION

Prior to any training, FLIPFIT will carry out an initial consultation with you to ascertain your fitness or health goals and of course to find out a bit more about you. We will discuss your timescale and availability so we can plan to help you meet your goals.

At this consultation, an outline plan will be developed which will include: your personal goal number of sessions per week, type of session.

PAR-Q FORM

In addition, a PAR-Q Form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will also be completed. The PAR-Q is designed as a first step, helping in the initial planning when you are looking to.

WHERE IS THE TRAINING?

Predominantly the 1-1 Training takes place at The FLIPFIT Compound, Tiffins School Playing Fields KT8 9LU, or we can come to you.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

You will need nothing other than yourself, a drink and the kit you wear for the session.
