RESPECTING THE SETTING
Please don’t ride bikes or scooters on the actual playing fields and do please walk around the pitch markings to respect the beautiful cricket, football, rugby pitches and acknowledge the effort and work by the ground staff to keep our venue looking great.
WHAT TO WEAR
Appropriate clothing and footwear is a must and this is very much down to the weather conditions and your personal choice. A pair of trainers with good support and grippy sole (as some sessions may have some time on on grass), T-shirt, shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms will be fine.
During the colder months, additional base layers may be required. You won’t be spending much of your time on the ground rolling around, but there will be times when some exercises will require you to get on the ground and you could get a bit muddy.
You will definitely get sweaty during the session, so make sure you have some warm clothing to put on following the session!
We have a great range of clothing for all seasons.
WHERE DO I PUT MY PHONE?
We have a rain-proof communal locker where your belongings are dry and safe while you work out.
There are no changing rooms, so the norm is that you arrive in your kit, ready to warm up. Toilets are a short distance from the car park.
